kaylin text messages

Last updated November 3, 2026

kaylin is an AI phone receptionist and admin assistant for businesses, run by YAH BRANDS, LLC. kaylin sends texts from kaylin phone numbers: kaylin's own number, +1 (307) 338-4503, and the number each business gets in kaylin. Each business's number is registered with the phone carriers under that business's own name. This page shows who gets texts, how people agree to them, what they say and how to stop them.

Who gets texts

  • Team members of a business that uses kaylin, who add their own mobile number and tick Text me kaylin alerts. kaylin texts them about calls, messages and tasks: a message a caller left, a call waiting for their OK, or an answer from kaylin support.
  • People who text a kaylin number first. kaylin replies to their text. They started the conversation, and they can reply STOP at any time.

These texts are alerts and replies, not marketing.

Each business that uses kaylin also texts its own customers from its own number, registered under its own name, and only customers who texted it first or said yes on a call.

How team members agree to texts

People agree with one checkbox, Text me kaylin alerts. It starts unticked, it's optional, and kaylin can be used without it. No text is sent until it's ticked, and kaylin records when it was ticked and the words shown. Every team member chooses for themselves, in either of two places. New kaylin accounts are by invitation while kaylin is in its pilot, so the screenshots below show the exact form and checkbox.

1. When signing up for kaylin

The first step of setup asks for Your mobile number. Under it is the checkbox:

Text me kaylin alerts (optional)

I agree to get alert texts from kaylin about calls, messages and tasks at the mobile number above. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Terms · Privacy

kaylin's sign-up page: Your mobile number, and under it the Text me kaylin alerts (optional) checkbox with the consent words, Terms and Privacy.

2. In Settings → Notifications

Each kind of alert can be In the app, App and text or Off, and When to text me picks between 8am and 9pm or any time. Under Texts is the same checkbox; nothing is texted until it's ticked:

Text me kaylin alerts (optional)

I agree to get alert texts from kaylin about calls, messages and tasks at the mobile number above. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Terms · Privacy

kaylin's Settings → Notifications page, the Texts panel: When to text me, and the Text me kaylin alerts (optional) checkbox with the consent words, Terms and Privacy.

What the texts say

The first text from a number says what the texts are and how to stop them:

kaylin: You're signed up for kaylin alerts about calls, messages and tasks. Frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

After that, every alert starts with "kaylin:", then what happened on one line and the details below it. For example:

  • kaylin: Message from Sam Rivera
Can you call me back about Thursday's quote?
  • kaylin: Call waiting for approval
Alex wants kaylin to call Jordan Lee: confirm Friday at 2pm
  • kaylin: kaylin support answered: Second number
Your second number is ready to use.

How often, cost, help and stopping

  • How often texts come depends on activity: calls, messages and tasks.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply HELP for help, or email support@kaylin.io.
  • Reply STOP to stop texts from that number; you'll get one text confirming it. Reply START to get them again. Team members can also untick Text me kaylin alerts in Settings → Notifications.
  • Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
