Waiting for you

Everything kaylin needs your OK on, in one place.

kaylin does a lot on its own, but some things wait for a person: what autopilots set to Ask first want to do, calls when you've chosen to check them first, anything kaylin drafts in Chat, and payments and invoices kaylin would email. Waiting for you puts all of it on one page. The number beside it in the menu, and on Home, is how many things are waiting.

What you'll find there

Calls kaylin wants to make: callbacks and confirmations waiting for an OK. Press Approve and kaylin calls during business hours, or No thanks.

Texts and emails to send: drafts from autopilots set to ask first, and the meetings they line up. Edit them if you like, then press Send (or Add for a meeting), or No thanks.

Changes kaylin wants to make: new contacts and changes to What kaylin knows. Press Apply or Dismiss. When only owners and admins may change team knowledge, an autopilot's change to it waits here for one of them.

Invoices and payments: what kaylin prepared for Zoho Books. Nothing is created until you press the button.

Questions customers asked: kaylin's drafts of answers to questions it couldn't answer. Fill in any blanks and save, and kaylin knows next time.

Calls that need someone: calls kaylin flagged, like an upset caller or a message to return. Press Mark handled once it's taken care of.

Bookings to check: a booking or a move kaylin sent to your calendar that the calendar never confirmed. Look at the calendar, then press It's on the calendar or It isn't (for a move, It's at the new time or It's still at the old time). kaylin told the customer the team would check, so let them know either way. Only owners and admins see these.

Who sees what

Your own drafts and changes come to you. The business's, like calls to customers, also go to owners and admins.

Emails, meetings, invoices and payments use one person's connected account: a team autopilot's go out from the account of the person it runs as. That person can approve them, and so can owners and admins. Settings → Activity shows who approved each one.

Asked of you lists what a teammate asked to do with an account of yours: a tool or app you share, or a draft held by your switch on an email, calendar or bookkeeping account you share. Press OK (or send the draft) and it's done once; Decline and it never is, and their card says so. Owners and admins see the team's too. You get a note when one comes in.

Approve all, and Older

When you trust a batch, Approve all, Send all, Add all, Apply all or Mark all handled does the whole group, after an Are you sure? Approve all on calls includes the calls autopilots lined up; meetings have Add all; invoices and payments have their own Approve all, and each goes to Zoho Books exactly as kaylin drafted it. Answers to questions are always one at a time, since each needs your own words.

Anything waiting more than 14 days moves to Older at the bottom and leaves the count. Nothing is deleted.

What you send or turn down here is remembered on the autopilot's Run history too.
