Have kaylin call someone

1. 1In Calls, press New call. You can also ask in Chat, like "Call Maria to confirm Friday", and press Review call.
2. 2Fill in Who, Phone and What's the call about? Be specific: kaylin follows it.
3. 3If you have more than one number, pick Call from.
4. 4Tick the box to confirm kaylin should make the call, then press Call (or Send for approval).

With Say kaylin is an AI assistant on calls on, kaylin starts each call by saying it's an AI assistant. Either way, kaylin always says so when someone asks.

Approvals

Owners and admins choose Who approves outbound calls under Calls kaylin makes in Settings → Phone numbers. With Owners and admins approve members' calls, a member's request waits under Outbound calls on the Calls page until an owner or admin presses Approve or Decline.

Until someone picks, a team of 5 people or fewer starts with Anyone on the team can place calls, and a bigger team with approvals. Either way, each call still needs the person's own ask.

Business hours

A call you ask kaylin for yourself goes right away when it's between 8 AM and 9 PM where the other person is. Autopilots' calls and calls an owner or admin approves follow your Business hours in Settings → Workspace settings, in the other person's local time. kaylin never calls before 8 AM or after 9 PM; calls outside the hours wait for the next opening.
