Invite your team

Add people, choose their roles and see who changed what.

Everyone in a workspace shares its numbers, contacts and calls. Chats, connected accounts and personal autopilots stay their own. Your plan sets how many people you can have.

  1. 1Go to Settings → Members and press Invite people.
  2. 2Type their Email addresses, separated by commas.
  3. 3Pick a role and press Send invites. They get an email with a link to join.

Invite links work for 14 days, only for the address they were sent to. You can also Copy invite link and send it yourself.

Roles

Member: uses kaylin with their own chats, accounts and autopilots. Admin: also manages members, numbers, settings and usage. Owner: also owns the workspace and can hand it over.

Use the ⋯ menu next to someone to Make owner or Remove from workspace. Each person's monthly credit limit is in Billing, under By person this month.

Removing someone ends their access at once. In this workspace, their email, calendar and bookkeeping accounts are disconnected, kaylin stops using their More apps, their personal autopilots and any that run as them are switched off, and a team tool they added with their token switches off until an owner or admin reconnects it. Calls, texts, bookings, contacts, team knowledge and the activity log stay.

Their own items in this workspace, their personal notes in What kaylin knows, How I write, their chats with kaylin and the files they added in Chat, are hidden from everyone, them included. If they rejoin within 30 days, they're theirs again; after 30 days they're deleted. Their items in other workspaces aren't touched.

When someone reaches their own limit, their chats, autopilots and calls out pause until the next billing month, and kaylin tells them who can raise it: the workspace's owners and admins, by name.

kaylin by text and call

Teammates who confirm their mobile number in Settings → General can text or call kaylin and use it as their assistant. Owners and admins can turn Answer texts and calls off for anyone on Settings → Members, and only they can turn it back on.

Who changed what

Settings → Activity shows What kaylin did by text, on calls and in autopilots. Everyone sees their own texts and calls, and owners and admins see everyone's. Team autopilots' actions are there for everyone; a personal autopilot's stay with its own account. Owners and admins also see Workspace changes: the changes made in the workspace and who made them. Everyone else sees Your changes: the ones they made.

Delete your account

  1. 1Press Delete my account at the bottom of Settings → General.
  2. 2Type DELETE and press Delete my account.

Your sign-in, chats, files, connected accounts and what kaylin learned about you are deleted. What you made for the team stays. An owner with teammates hands the workspace over first (Make owner) or closes it.

Close the workspace

  1. 1The owner presses Close workspace at the bottom of Settings → Workspace settings.
  2. 2Type the workspace's name and press Close workspace.

Everything in it is deleted for everyone, its phone numbers are released and every connected account is disconnected. It can't be undone, so press Download your data first if you'd like a copy.
