Notifications
Choose what kaylin tells you about: in the app, by text or as pop-ups on your computer.
The bell at the top right shows what's new: messages from callers, texts from customers, calls waiting for approval, autopilot changes to review, failed autopilot runs, accounts to reconnect and credit limits.
Calls to check and Bookings to check come to everyone for the calls and bookings they asked kaylin for. Owners and admins get them for every one.
- 1Go to Settings → Notifications.
- 2Press Choose each alert, then for each kind pick In the app, App and text or Off.
Texts go to your mobile number in Settings → General, once you tick Text me kaylin alerts under Texts (a new number needs a new tick). Under When to text me, pick Between 8am and 9pm (your time, the default) or Any time. Your time zone follows the device you use kaylin on, so alerts keep to your hours when you travel; pick another one under Time zone. Reply to ask kaylin about it.
Pop-ups on your computer
- 1In Settings → Notifications, turn on Pop-ups on this computer.
- 2When the browser asks, press Allow.
- 3Press Send a test to see one.
They pop up while kaylin is open in a tab, even when you're in another tab or app. Set it in each browser you use. If the browser blocked them, allow notifications in its site settings (the icon left of the web address).
