Your calls: recaps and follow-ups

Every call kaylin answers or places shows up in Calls. Use the tabs to see All calls, Needs you, Messages, Booked, Incoming or Outgoing, or search by person or number.

Your own calls with kaylin, from your mobile or a Call me, are yours alone: teammates don't see the conversation, and a PIN or code you say on one is hidden in its transcript. A message you leave for the team on one of those calls goes to the team like any other message.

On a call's page

Recap has the summary, any follow-ups, the call details and Recording consent: what the caller was asked and what they said. Transcript and Recording are there when recording is on and the caller agreed.

Ask about this call lets you ask kaylin things like "What does the caller need?" or "Draft a follow-up text".

Team notes are for your team; callers never see them.

Follow-ups

kaylin flags calls that need someone, like a message kaylin took. They show a dot and sit under Needs you.

When a caller asks for someone on your team, kaylin takes the message for them. The call shows For Dana (their name) to everyone, and only that person gets the alert and sees it waiting on them. If kaylin isn't sure who the caller meant, the whole team gets it.

1. 1Open the call and read Needs your attention.
2. 2Do what it needs, like calling them back.
3. 3Press Mark as handled.

To flag a call yourself, press Flag for follow-up.

Delete calls

Owners and admins can delete calls. Deleting a call also deletes its recording, transcript and team notes, here and at our call service, and it can't be undone. A call that's still going, or scheduled, stays.

1. 1In Calls, tick the calls to delete, or tick Select all for every call in the view.
2. 2Press Delete, check the list, and press Delete again.

To delete one call, open it and press Delete. Each delete shows in Settings → Activity.
