Teach kaylin your business in an afternoon
Your website, a few short files and the questions customers really ask.

kaylin answers callers from What kaylin knows: short files about your hours, services, prices and policies. The more is in there, the more callers kaylin can help without you. Here's how to fill it in one afternoon.
Start from your website
Press Learn from my website and type your address. kaylin reads your home page and a few pages like services, prices, hours and contact, then drafts a file for each subject in Chat.
Check each one. Fix anything that's off and press Save, or No thanks to leave it out. kaylin also tells you what callers will ask that your site doesn't cover. That's your to-do list.
kaylin reads public pages only and never signs in anywhere. Nothing is saved until you press Save.
Fill the gaps
Write a short file for each thing your site leaves out. One subject per file, most important facts at the top, in plain words. "We're closed on Sundays. Walk-ins welcome until 6." is perfect.
Put your must-haves first
On a call, kaylin has to answer in about a second, so it brings up to about four pages of your team files. Turn on First on calls for the files that matter most, like prices and hours, and they always go in first. The top of the page shows how much you've used and names any file that doesn't fit.
Let your customers finish the job
When a caller asks something you haven't written down, kaylin notes the question. Every Monday kaylin drafts an answer for each one. Fill in any blanks, press Save to What kaylin knows, and kaylin answers it next time. kaylin never guesses a price or a policy: where it doesn't know, the draft leaves a blank for you.
Change it any time
Every save is kept. Open a file's History to see or restore an older version.
With kaylin: an afternoon on What kaylin knows pays off on every call after it.
