Waiting for you: one place for every OK

kaylin does a lot by itself. It answers calls, takes messages and keeps notes. But some things should wait for a person: calling a customer back, sending a text or an email in your name, changing what kaylin knows, or anything to do with money.

Those used to turn up wherever they started: a draft in a chat, a change in an autopilot's history, a call to confirm somewhere else. Now they all land in one place, called Waiting for you.

What's on the page

• Calls kaylin wants to make, like callbacks and confirmations.
• Texts and emails to send, drafted by autopilots set to ask first.
• Changes kaylin wants to make: new contacts, call notes and updates to What kaylin knows.
• Invoices and payments for Zoho Books. Nothing is created until you press the button.
• Questions customers asked that kaylin couldn't answer, with a draft answer for you to finish.
• Calls that need someone, like an upset caller or a message to return.

The number beside Waiting for you in the menu, and on Home, is how many things are waiting.

Edit, send or say no

Each one is yours to change. Fix a word in a text before it goes, or press No thanks. What you send or turn down is remembered on the autopilot's run history too, so you can see how it's doing.

Trust a batch? Approve all, Send all or Apply all does the whole group after an "Are you sure?" Invoices, payments and answers to questions always go one at a time.

Nothing gets lost. Anything waiting more than 14 days moves to Older at the bottom and leaves the count. It isn't deleted.

Who sees what

Your own drafts come to you. The business's, like calls to customers, also go to owners and admins. Emails, calendar invites and Zoho Books go only to the person whose account they use.
