Clean up your workspace
Merge duplicate contacts and clear out old calls, finished texts and things nobody uses.
In Settings → Clean up, kaylin gathers what your workspace may not need. Nothing is removed until you pick it, and everything you remove shows in Settings → Activity. Only owners and admins can clean up.
What kaylin looks for
Possible duplicate contacts: the same email, or the same name.
Contacts with no phone or email: kaylin can't recognize or reach them.
Sample data that's still loaded.
Old calls with nothing left to do and finished text conversations (nothing new and nothing unread). Choose how old under Calls and texts older than.
Knowledge files to check: empty ones, and ones nobody has changed in 6 months.
Playbooks nobody uses: turned off, or not used in 90 days.
Autopilots that keep failing: their last 3 runs failed.
Merge duplicate contacts
- 1Pick the contact to keep.
- 2Press Merge into and confirm.
The one you keep takes over the others' calls and texts and fills in what it's missing. Their other numbers and emails go into its notes.
Clear the rest
- 1Tick what to clear, or Select all.
- 2Press Delete, Archive or Turn off, and confirm.
Deleting calls also deletes their recordings and transcripts, and deleting conversations deletes every text, here and at our call and texting services. It can't be undone.
