Contacts
Add, import and clean up the people kaylin talks to.
kaylin recognizes callers by their number and greets your contacts by name. Each contact keeps its call and text history.
Add one
- 1In Contacts, press Add contact.
- 2Fill in the name and phone or email, then save.
Import a list
- 1Export your contacts as a CSV, Excel or vCard file (Google Contacts, Outlook and iPhone all can).
- 2In Contacts, press Import and choose the file.
- 3Check the columns kaylin matched. Turn off any you don't want.
- 4Choose what to do with people you already have (matched by phone, then email), and optionally add a tag.
- 5Check the preview and import.
Importing doesn't mean people agreed to texts or AI calls. Texts still need their OK, and every AI call still needs a person's approval.
When a caller gives different details
Anyone can fake a caller ID, so when a caller on a saved contact's number gives a different name, company or email, kaylin doesn't change the contact. The contact's page shows Caller said: press Update to use what they said, or Dismiss. Their notes are added as before, and new callers are saved as they always were.
Delete contacts
Owners and admins can tick contacts (or Select all) and press Delete. Their past calls and texts stay in the history.
